Linq Connect
The district does not have access to Linq Connect administration, and it will be necessary to contact Linq Connect directly if you are experiencing issues.
DO I NEED TO CREATE A LINQ CONNECT ACCOUNT?
It is not mandatory, but we do encourage you to create an account so you can view account transactions, set restrictions for snack purchases, make online payments and submit your Income Survey.
WHAT INFO DO I NEED TO ADD A STUDENT TO MY ACCOUNT?
You will need their legal first and last name (as listed with the school district), date of birth, and their 6 digit student ID.
Their student ID is listed on many different pieces of paperwork, and in Parent Portal, but if you cannot find it, please contact your campus secretary or our office.
DO I NEED TO SET UP SNACK PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS?
If you'd like to set restrictions for snack purchases for your child, yes, please do so through Linq Connect.
WHY ISN'T MY STUDENT SHOWING UP IN LINQ CONNECT?
- It take about 24 hours after the campus office enters them into their system for them to become available in Linq Connect.
- Be sure you've selected Fairfield Independent School District. There are some district with similar names.
- During the summer, it depends on when the students have been enrolled at the campus and have been entered into the district software.
